Title: ‘LET NATURE BE’   (無為自然 Mui-shizen)

MEANING: Live As A Part of Nature -Let things happen naturally.

Mui-shizen. The first two characters ‘mu'(無) and ‘i’(為) mean ‘No intent’ and the last two characters ‘shi’ and ‘zen’ form the word ‘Shizen’(自然) which means ‘Nature’ or ‘spontaneous’.. Mui-shizen therefore means  ‘Live as a part of nature’ or ‘Let things happen naturally’; it is a phrase influenced by Zen philosophy. These four character phrases are called ‘yoji-jukugo’ in Japanese.
