The more you tell us about your vision, the more personal your artwork can be.

Consultation

We’ll review your ideas and provide initial suggestions, including an estimated price and timeline. If needed, we’ll continue the conversation by email until we have a clear understanding of your vision.

Once we agree on the final design, price, and timeline, we’ll issue an invoice.

Japanese calligraphy is a deeply personal art form. Each piece is created by hand in a single, unrepeatable moment and cannot be endlessly revised like digital artwork.

To help us create a design that truly reflects your vision, please provide as much information as possible about your preferred style, along with any reference images or inspiration. We may contact you during the process if any clarification is needed.

Payment

Once we agree on the final design, price, and timeline, we’ll issue an invoice. Upon receipt of the invoice, full payment is required before work begins.

Additional revisions beyond the agreed design may incur an additional charge.

Delivery of Artwork

After payment is received, your artwork will usually be completed within 1–4 weeks.

The finished design will be delivered digitally, ready for your tattoo artist to use.
